What is Callbox Storage?
Callbox Storage is a full-service storage company that offers pickup and delivery services. We pick up your items and take them to a safe, climate-controlled facility for you. We’ll photograph your inventory, so when you’re ready to get it back again, you can select which things you want without the extra hassle.
How does Callbox Storage work?
First, Callbox Storage arrives at your home, apartment, school, or wherever you need us with a vehicle, ready to get to work. Then our team of friendly Storage Professionals picks up your items for storage, inventories all your boxes and furniture items with unique barcodes and photographs every item (i.e. box, couch, etc). Finally, we will gently load everything into the vehicle and transport it to our secure, climate-controlled storage facility. Whenever you want one or more of your stored items back again, log in to your Callbox Storage account, make your request and schedule a return delivery. You can also use the same process to add even more items!
What’s the difference between Callbox Storage and pod/container storage?
At Callbox Storage, we don’t drop off a container and leave. We do all the work for you. First, we inventory, photograph and barcode your items. Then we pick them up from your home or other location and, whenever you want them back again, we will deliver them to you on demand. You can also use the same process to add even more items—something pods rarely allow!
What’s the difference between Callbox Storage and self-storage?
The great thing about Callbox Storage compared to self-storage is the full-service experience. We know that your time is valuable, so we do the heavy lifting for you and keep your special items safe and organized. Unlike self-storage, we control who enters and exits our storage facility, which provides you with a safer storage experience. Plus, our barcodes/photograph inventory management system makes looking for a specific thing easier than hunting through a packed storage container. You know where your items are at all times. And when you want your items back, we can deliver within 48 hours.
Is Callbox Storage better than pod/container storage?
We’re a little biased here, but we think yes, and here’s why. When you want one thing back, you don’t have to wait for the entire container to be delivered to you. Whether it’s a few boxes, one box, or even one individual item (like a bicycle or lamp), we’ll deliver just what you need.
Who uses Callbox Storage?
Everyone who needs something to store can use Callbox Storage. In addition to businesses, some of our clients include realtors who need to stage houses, colleges, college students who need to store their belonging for a semester, families, and people who want to keep seasonal decorations. Is Callbox Storage a moving service?

How much does pick up and delivery cost?
For us to pick up or return your items, Callbox Storage charges an hourly rate per Storage Professional. There may also be warehouse handling fee for items returned. Often these fees are more affordable than renting a moving truck and doing it yourself.
What are the Callbox Storage terms of service?
Although Callbox Storage handles all storage needs (with no minimum term length), we are able to offer the best rates for terms that are at least three months long. Like similar storage services, hourly labor charges will apply for drive time and time spent on the job. For more information, please see our full terms of service.
How do I tell what storage size I need?
Take a look at our sizing and pricing options page to get an idea of what you might need. Then, a Callbox Storage Coordinator will contact you to ensure you have the right amount of space reserved. Try to be as accurate as possible when talking with the coordinator to prevent multiple trips or too few Storage Professionals.
How far in advance do I need to schedule Callbox Storage?
In many cases, Callbox Storage can get you added to our schedule within 24-48 hours. However, our recommendation is to reach out to us at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your spot as specific dates and pick up windows goes quickly. Reserve your storage unit today!
Please note: College move ins and move outs fill up quickly. We recommend booking these at least 3-4 months in advance to reserve your spot.
How should I prepare for my Callbox Storage pick up?
Before we arrive, please ensure you have completed the following:

How will Callbox Storage know what items to take and store?
Our Callbox Storage Professionals will greet you and do a walkthrough of your home to ensure we understand which items you would like to send to storage. We will pick up items inside your home as long, as long as, they are accessible. It is important to properly box and mark items that you would like to send to storage.
How do you inventory my items for storage?
As we are picking up your storage items (an item is defined as a furniture piece, box, or larger item that will not fit into a box, we will photograph the item and assign unique barcodes to each before securely loading it into our truck. During the pick-up we will work with you to determine what your storage needs are in order to best inventory these items.

How does Callbox Storage delivery work?
When you’re ready to get some (or all) of your items delivered, log into your Callbox Storage account and select the items you want. Then you’ll schedule a time to have it delivered. You can also call us at (833) WE-STORE (833-236-6079) and we will be happy to assist you.
Where does Callbox Storage store my items?
All Callbox Storage items are securely stored in one of our state-of-the-art climate-controlled facilities. These facilities are specially designed for the safe storage of your items and are strictly monitored 24/7. We avoid exposing your items to peaks and lows in temperature and other elements that can cause damage. One of the things that makes it so secure is that only Callbox Storage team members are allowed on the premises, meaning that your items are safe and secure.
For a list of our warehouse locations, visit our locations page. Remember, we don’t allow customers inside our facilities, however if you have an immediate need, you may request your items to be returned online or you can call us for more information.
What kind of things can I store with Callbox Storage?
For the most part, Callbox Storage can store most of the items that can fit in your residence (as long as they can fit in the designated space). In addition to boxes, we can also store larger furniture items, sports equipment (like treadmills and elliptical machines), area rugs, mattresses, and even large kitchen or laundry appliances that have been properly disconnected and drained before pickup. Please note that all furniture items with storage compartments must have their drawers or cabinets emptied.
We can store televisions if they are packed in their original box with their protective casing. If you do not have your original box, televisions may be stored at your own risk, and Callbox requires the purchase of a television box that we will provide. Prices vary by size.
If you have a need to remove larger objects like pianos, wine collections, safes, etc., we can help you find a provider to assist with the move to our facilities. We do not store motorized items such as dirt bikes or vehicles. Please read our Callbox Storage terms for more information on what cannot be stored in our units.
How do I view my stuff in storage?
Because we do not allow people to visit our facilities directly, we make it easy for Callbox Storage customers to view stored items at any time by logging in to their Callbox Storage account. There you can view all of your items and make delivery requests.
Are my items safe and secure at Callbox Storage?
Yes! All Callbox Storage warehouses and facilities are closely monitored with state-of-the-art security features. And, since our locations are not open to the public, your items stay safe and secure, especially since only our own Callbox Storage team of professionals will ever handle your belongings.

How do I access my stuff with Callbox Storage?
To request your items, log into your Callbox Storage account and selecting the items you want. Then you’ll schedule a time to have it delivered. We always provide the address where your items are stored, even though we only allow Callbox Storage employees to visit the warehouse.
